Hello guys
I want to apply for Visa 190 NSW stream 2.
My points: 70 including state sponsorship.
- Is this average considered enough to get an invitation? High chances?
- Incase I wasn’t invited can I change the information at EOI and change the state nomination area? How often can I change?
- There are additional 5 pts if u succeed a translation exam? Where can be done other than Australia?

Depends on your ANZSCO code as each skill has their own points threshold but usually what you have is enough.

As per many recommendations I've seen here, it's better to make one EOI for each state you want to be nominated.

Not sure what is this translation exam you referred to.

Most likely he's referring to NAATI exam (that's not called translation exam, by the way, @Hamoudy). Here is the list of global centers
https://www.naati.com.au/media/1104/accreditation_by_testing_booklet.pdf

Yea NAATI
What about the other questions I have asked and do u recommend that I apply EOI specifically for NSW rather than to all territories?
Your recommendation is highly appreciated and important as I will apply for EOI tomorrow and I’ve been working hard for 2 years to support all the documents.

I recommend you to submit separate EOI for each state you are eligible. It'd increase your flexibility.

My skill is not on NSW priority occupational list. Do you know how can I know if my occupation threshold points?!

Ok can I make one EOI for NSW and the other EOI for all territories?
Well, it's your decision. Make sure to check if any state requires to submit an EOI exclusively for that state.

Do you know a site link that tells you exactly what state Nomination you are eligible to?
I'd prefer to check each individual state's website.

All skills that are in STSOL but not in NSW priority list are Stream 2.

Well, stream 2 requires a very high score, but there is no harm in submitting an EOI as it's free.

Hi MysticRiver,

When you say Stream 2 requires a very high score, how much do you mean?

I have a score of 75 without state sponsorship.

Anz Code - 262111 ( Database Administrator )
Age - 30
Edu - 15
Exp - 10
PTE - 20

Would this be high enough score to receive an invite for Stream 2?

I already have an EOI lodged for VIC on the 11th of Aug 2018.

Thanks & Regards.
