One bad news is that they have decreased the total number of invites in 263111.
Another is they didn't go crazy like last year in first few rounds, probably because they dont want to end up filling the entire quota for 263111 before the year ends. This could be a good news for some too lol.
last but not the least looking at the results, the cut off will possibly decrease in next few rounds.

What do you think about my analysis @MysticRiver ?

Makes sense. Though I never predict without data, I don't know why I feel the point has already come down to 65 during last round for your occupation :p.

I do not think so, I am pretty sure, since the backlog was huge, there are more 70 - 75 pointers in the loop. Hence the cutoff will be 70 for even 2nd round of July 2017 as well. Otherwise there would have been a news of someone getting an invite on 65, but we havent heard any such thing yet.

Although I am presuming that I will be unlucky enough if the cutoff decreases in the 2nd round of September 2017 to 60 lol.

@MysticRiver & @Rakshanda . If that's the case, then can I have some hope of getting the ita in August for a 65 under 233512? I think the 70 & 75 pointers have already exhausted till 16/06/17. My eoi doe is 20/06.

70 or 75 will always get priority over 65, irrespective of DOE. So, for an invitation, you'll need all the 70+ EOIs to be cleared up, then all 65s with DOE before 20/06.

From last round's result, it's obvious that 75+ EOIs are cleared, but we don't know how many 70s have been submitted between 16/06/2017 and now.

The ceiling seems to be wrong (DIBP IT has done it again! :D ). For example, Other Engineering Professionals had 50 invitations after 12th July round, and now after 26th July round, it is showing 6. That means in 26th July round, they invited -44 EOIs !!

@MysticRiver don't we know yet, how many invites were sent in second round on 26th of July 2017?

DIBP has made some mistakes while updating the ceiling after 26 July. For example, after 12 July round, they said the total invitation sent in 2017-2018 for "other engineering professionals" was 50, which meant they sent 50 invitations on 12 July round for that occupation (as that was the first round). And now, after 26 July round, they are saying the total invitation sent in 2017-2018 is 6, which means on 26th July they sent 6-50 = -44 invitations, which is definitely incorrect.

I am pretty much sure they sent 50 more on 26th July, so the total should be reported 100, not 6.
