You can do it any country, but you have to perform it with the designated hospitals/doctors listed by DIBP.

Dear Admin,
Merry Christmas to all.
I am now living in malaysia and my baby is now living in India with grand parents. As you knew I received invitation for SC189 on dec21.
Now, I am going to do my health checkup in Malaysia but doubt is,
1. I want to do my baby's health chekup in India, is it allowed?
2. If allowed to do in India, while declaring health eMedical history record, in the client declaration section , NAME OF THE PARENT/GUARDIAN field,
I needed to provide my name or the name of the person who will accompany mybaby to the clicnic?

As long as you do it by a physician from DIBPs list, it should be okay.

If allowed to do in India, while declaring health eMedical history record, in the client declaration section , NAME OF THE PARENT/GUARDIAN field,
I needed to provide my name or the name of the person who will accompany mybaby to the clicnic?

I believe the attending physician can advice this better.
