I am writing this reference letter at the request of Deepu Koul who is applying for Permanent Residence of Canada through the Express Entry system. Deepu Koul worked for our organization as Senior Consultant (Associate Manager) (NOC 0213/2171) for 8 years and 4 months from 09th August 2010 to 30th of December 2018 and worked for 9 hours a day for 5 days a week (45 hours per week). His starting salary with the company was XXXXX INR (as mentioned in the joining letter) which appreciated to XXXXX INR when he left the company in March 2019. Besides salary, Deepu Koul also had other benefits like paid leaves, performance bonus & transport allowance.
His primary responsibilities as Senior Consultant (Associate Manager) included following

  • Typically involved in pre-sales stages of a customer engagement for the EUC, conceptualizing and designing to a detailed level overall solutioning or developing further high-level and low-level designs produced as a Solution Architects and implementing proposed Design as a business requirements and solutions.

  • EUC focused technology specialist with hands on capability with SCCM, SCOM, MDT, Adaptiva, Windows 10, Antivirus (SEPM, EPo, SCEP), VDI (VM Ware Horizon and ESXI) Azure IaaS & MDM (Intune and AirWatch).

  • Modern Digital Workplace or Transformation to meet client’s requirement for cost reduction and security enhancements, stabilization to the current environment with automating repeated tasks or implementing/integrating tools to get them self-healed

  • Windows 7 to Windows 10 migrations and other upgrade projects, Self-Healing or Auto-Healing design development with the help of integrated tools like Nano heal and Anakage.

  • Recruit and supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers and technicians to build a strong team. oversee their professional development and training.

  • Plan, Configuration, Design SCOM network monitoring capabilities, troubleshooting issues and planning activity to ensure network performance is managed as required by business.
  • Network device discovery, monitoring and reporting.
  • Planning and designing network and specifications
  • VLAN health monitoring (SCOM used to discover all VLAN device and health)
  • Configure network utilization on SCCM for electronic data transfer with rate limits.
  • Configuring BITS to control a network utilization.
  • Managed and improved network operations and performed software and hardware updates on workstations and servers
  • Configure Peer cache or branch cache to minimize network utilization over WAN.
  • Monitored network traffic using Wireshark

  • Designing, Planning, documenting, Developing, Integrating and Implementing System Center Configuration Manager, SCOM, Workstations such as:
    • Planning System Center Configuration Manager hierarchy and site system roles.
    • Creating and managing Boundary Groups across one or more Distribution Points.
    • Management of site communications. (Bandwidth, Senders, Secondary Sites, etc.)
    • Role-Based Administration: Managing custom roles and security scopes
    • Planning and securing SCCM using security certificates.
    • General monitoring of site health via SSRS, log files, and the SCCM console.
    • Planning, configuring and implementing a backup plan to mitigate the loss of SCCM services in the event of a disaster with the least amount of data loss possible.

  • Manage and configure User and Device collections including:
    • Creating query-based collections
    • Configuring Site Collection Maintenance Windows

  • Deploying Operating System Images (primarily Windows 10) via SCCM OSD. This includes:
    • Configuring WDS, configuring PXE, configuring the VM build environment, and integrating with MDT, Adaptiva, 1E.
    • Build / Capture / Update Windows 10 images.
    • Responsible for installing, administering and maintaining multiple operating systems which include Windows Server 2012, 2016, Windows 7 and Windows 10.
    • Configure GPO for Windows 10 to approach standardized approach in environment.
    • Manage images (updating of Drivers, Applications etc.).
    • Creating Distribution Points and distributing the images accordingly.
    • Creating a deployment Task Sequence and deploying the Task Sequence.
    • Creating Packages for Operating System Deployments.
  • Deployment of Applications and Software Updates including:
    • Creating and deploying applications with user device affinity, compliance settings, Software Center and task sequencing.
    • Monitoring updates via Automatic Deployment Rules (ADR), Update Groups, Deployment packages, and other methods.
    • Reporting on the success or failure of Application deployments.
  • Management of Compliance Settings by creating and importing Configuration Items (CI)
  • Deploy Client Management agents

As far as I remember, 2171 is ICT business and Systems analyst right? If yes then I cannot see ICT BA content in your job description. Rest formating is fine

If you are managing team and do some sort of Management role then 0213 will work else 2171 is the correct code.

If you look at the main duty this will help.
