Hi,

I have started this thread for those who have submitted EOI for Visa Class 190 and waiting from NSW state for:

1. Pre-Invite.
2. Approval of State Nomination.
3. Invitation through Skillselect.

To see the following trends:
1. Which Occupations / ANZSCO Codes are receiving Pre-Invite / State nomination?
2. How many days typically NSW State is taking for sending the Pre-Invite?
3. List of Documents required by State for Nomination and required support for candidates.
4. How many days typically NSW State is taking for approval of nomination after Pre-Invite?
5. Timeline to receive formal Invitation through Skillselect.

Dear All,

It would be really helpful for all the members who are waiting to pre invite / ITA from NSW.

It would be really a great help if we get a general trend currently.

request all to respond.

I am waiting for an invite but it looks too early for me as its 1 week only although im expecting it next year, as trends on cut off points tend to decrease after higher points profiles run out.Hopefully quotas wont run out then.

you can search the timeline to see if anyone is getting nomination application invites from NSW. It's quiet at the moment.....

Hi all,
My DOE was 12 Nov 2018 with 80 points for 190 nsw as well as Victoria for job code 261312.
I received invite from nsw on 15 Nov. I submitted all docs on 18 Nov and got final invite to lodge Visa for nsw on 19 Nov. For Victoria, I received invitation on 7 Dec.

I put my 190 EOI in on the 31st July. Claiming 70 pts as a secondary school teacher. Still no word... 5 months! The wait is killing me! Did not anticipate having to wait for this long. Is it due to the state just being slow or my occupation?

First of all states don't release any data on the invitation process. Also, every state has there own criteria to select candidates which may include occupation demand, required skills, experience, English language proficiency and so on. So a more extensive research may be required to understand the trend of state invitation.

Do you mean 70 + 5 points or 65 + 5 ?

I'm in the same boat, submitted EOI a couple of days back with 65 + 5
