NSW Processing time for 190 visa

file opened today asked multiple documents even some already lodged. they asked for payslips ,superannuation statements[don't have, don't know what to do],tax documents for all the claimed years. Also asked for pte score send through online, but don't have as Pearson only allow to send the score within 2 years after that unable to send ,only can send hard copy. really stressful time.

Hi Harry,

Not to worry, upload the documents which you have and mention the reason for not having the remaining documents in a cover letter.

Regarding your PTE score, PTE scores are valid for 3 years
please refer the below source

Again you can mention in a cover letter that PTE website doesn't allow scores to be sent for the tests taken beyond 2 years. Hope CO will understand the situation.

All the best!

oh thanks so much dear, really appreciate for your helpful comment.

Hi Harry,

Yeah so we ended up having the same issue with the PTE website not allowing us access to the 'Send Scores' link. We spoke to a PTE representative and they said because these tests expire after two years ( although the department say valid for 3 years) on the date of expiry the link is designed to be removed.

We got told by the PTE rep to submit a letter stating this and to supply our login details to the department and request them to e-mail [email protected] directly if they require proof of the PTE or to alternatively suggest another method of providing adequate proof.

Not sure how that is going to pan out.

Timeline missing
Hi Peeps,

So we received our first CO contact today ( I lodged on the 6th of Feb 2019). CO officer wanted us to upload updated police clearance certificates as the ones we had on immi expired like two weeks ago...sigh...also my husband wrote his English test through Pearsons - CO wanted us to send his results via the PTE website, looks like your scanned copy of the results loaded onto immi doesn't really mean much as they need to confirm it's validity via the PTE website. If you wrote yours at PTE I highly suggest you do this:

CO wrote;
Please send us a secure copy of your PTE Academic test results through your online PTE
Academic account so that we can verify them. To do so:
1. Log on to your account and sign in
2. Click “View Score Reports”
3. Click "Send Scores"
4. Type “Department of Home Affairs” in the field marked
"Institution/Organization/Department/School" and click “Search"
5. Tick the box next to our name when it appears in the list
6. Scroll down the page and then click “Next” and then “Next” again to confirm
We will then be able to access and verify your test result.

Anyways - looks like I'm only going to HOPEFULLY see a grant in December 2019.
What role did you apply for and with what scores?

You got any response?

Consider before posting:
  • Do not post the same thing in multiple places.
  • No personal contact and/or non-English phrase is allowed.
  • Always post in a relevant thread or open a new one.
  • Better to use the reactions in a post to congratulate/thank.
