May be explain them, with some government document/link that supports your claim. It should be easy to prove provided you have your payslips.

As far as I know, EA's experience assessment is not mandatory (though highly recommended). If you are confident that you can prove you case to DHA, you might be able to claim. But worrisome part is, why EA didn't approve that, and unless that's a mistake, good chance DHA will also object to the same.

EA wants Govt official documents to prove my work experience. I worked in private companies ,they didn't provide these documents to me . Although i gave them all other details like pay slips , experience letters , personal income tax returns.

But they are again just stick to the govt documents as they said in email if i am able to get these documents again , i can re apply for assessment of experience separately.

If i claim point in EOI and get invitation ,then i have to pay visa fees?
And paying visa fees DHA asked me the same government documents?
Then there is a risk of rejection and loss of money?
Please correct me if i am wrong

Dear Maqsood,

The reason for asking govt. related documents is to prove that your employment is genuine and to verify your employer details, your employment at the concerned company and the duration of the employment from a third party. The tax department or the superannuation / provident fund is the most preferred by EA since they are independent government institutes overseeing business / labour activities. Usually many countries have a provident fund (under different names) and it is a compulsory for the companies to contribute to such a fund under labour laws. If you find such document to proof the contributions with employer's and your name in the document, you may reapply for the separate relevant skilled employment assessment at EA.

You can try proving your employment to DHA without the assessment by EA but the process will be hectic and the chances of accepting such claim is somewhat low. You can try showing all the payslips from the beginning to the end of your employment period supported by bank statements for the entire period. You can also provide job offer letters and job description letters too. However, as I said a positive outcome is not guaranteed.

Thanks.

Hi everyone,
My brother's degree is B-Tech (Hons) Mechanical Technology and it was 4 years programme so can I choose professional engineers at the time of assessment or will it fall under Engineering Technologist?
