Hello everyone,
I had lodged my PR visa under 189 subclass from India on Nov 2017 ( Developer Programmer ANZSCO Code: 261312).
There was no updates on my case from then other than the immi commencement mail i received on Feb 2018. Now i have received the s57 NJL on Apr 2019 with the below mentioned reasons.
1. I had given a service letter declaration from my manager with the roles and responsibilities with his contact details. I had given all other proofs for employment verification ( payslips for all years, Income tax statements, bank statement with salary credits, offer letters, HR letter).
2. The case officer tried to contact the telephone numbers mentioned in the offer letter (company letter head) and also the telephone numbers mentioned in my company website. But these numbers are the board numbers and it seems the calls were unanswered 2 times.
Dont know the reason for this( might be they have called during non- office times or receptionist was not available).
3. The case officer also contacted an HR team in my company and as they were from different Business Function they asked the officer to contact my department.
4. As per the NJL all this happened on Mar 2018, but there was no update in the immiaccount portal nor i received any calls or mails.
5. The officer never contacted the reference i had given in the service declaration.
I am in touch with my consultant ( i applied through a consultancy) and he suggested me to get service letter from HR in company letter head and also a letter from HR team on why the calls was not answered. I had got these letters from my company HR with multiple references ( i should really thank him for giving this). I will also upload scanned copies of my employee card, rewards and certificates i received from my company.
Can someone suggest me with the any more documents or letters that i can upload for providing the justifications. I am completely lost after seeing the NJL (had been waiting for more than 16 months without any update).
I am worried that the case officer will again try to contact the HR team at their desk numbers and the calls to get unanswered. There is a high probability that this can happen if the HR manager is not at his desk or in some meetings.
