Dear Mohsin,

Thankyou so much for your response. I have responded to NJL as follow

1) Drafted a response to letter with screenshot of complete LinkedIn profile and with detail contacts like email and cell of HR team and manager

2) Another letter from HR manager validating my claim of employment

3) An email directly sent by HR to GSM team validating my claims and mentioning that if further info is required they can be contacted

4) A screenshot of email sent by HR to GSM attached in Immiaccount

5) A salary account maintenance certificate issued by my bank

6) A letter explaining and linking details of provided letter by bank with earlier provided evidence i.e. bank account number on payslips and bank statement etc

7) An Affidavit on Stamp paper mentioning on that my employment claims are valid and also given reference of my salary acnt in it etc..

It has been month since I have got the letter and I have provided my response as above, which I feel should be sufficent or else you may suggest for further stuff.

I have another challenge here that our HR manager who has issued me letters and sent them email ( he has cced hr team email as well) has resigned and will be leaving company by mid of next month. As I am not aware when CO will contact them, I am afraid that if they contact him after he resign he might not be reachable on email or cell as both are company given and will be suspended once employee leave.

I wanted to check the on your point below. How you came to know that email was sent directly to DHA. Does HR kept you in cc. Please confirm

Hi all,I applied for Australian student visa last month and I received a natural justice letter yesterday stating that I provide a false information about my traveling history.
I got a us visiting visa last year to attend a seminar but I was denied entry at the point of entry,they claim the seminar is not in existence.
I didn't mention it in my Australian application because I felt it since I wasn't allowed into the us,then there no point mentioning it.
Please can you advise me on what to reply my CO with? Can my visa still be granted?

They specifically ask if you have had any visas cancelled / refused - why see no point in mentioning it? There are many people who have had visas cancelled / refused who declare it, and still get the visa they are applying for granted.

I would consult a reputable MARA agent or two to see if there is anyway you can salvage your application, otherwise that is a painful lesson to learn: always be transparent and truthful on any form, and seek advice if unsure how to answer.

Thanks for your response, but please I will still be waiting on any advice from MARA agent,because I'm yet to reply the Natural justice mail, I dont know what exactly to say,so destabilized and confused.

Hi all I got a NJL on 14th november , C.O says that they have mailed twice to my employer and they didnt responded. One more mistake I did is that I didnt informed them that my organization has closed 3 months back. but i contacted my employer and asked them for mail info and he says that there is one mail from C.O for employment info . now am not getting what to do , if i replied them that my organization has been closed 3 months back will they understand or will they reject straightforwardly ?

Very hard to comment on how your CO will react at this point. You should give the best explanation you can, and then hope for the best.

I agree with Mystic. What you can do is to prepare an explanation that your company was closed and you were unaware of that. Attach all the relevant conversation with your employer about CO email etc. Ask your company to reply to the CO now and attach all those proofs as well. Hopefully CO will be satisfied. You need to try hard and give all of it in one shot so dump the CO will all the evidences you have got

The department has not stated exactly what they want from me. I have already provided a statement one year ago explaining the details of my conviction and rehabilitation. I have a responsible job now and no re-offending since the time of the offence in 1991.
Any ideas on what I should do?
I would be totally devastated if my beautiful wife's visa was refused after so long.

Your wife being the primary applicant can discuss with the case officer about the requirement and clarification which they are looking for and you guys can provide the details as much as possible to avoid visa rejection

Hi there..... I have question that I got natural justice letter on 6 September 19 and I replied on 3rd October but still no response. Can anyone tell me how much I can wait for the decision. Visa 489 sa. Application lodged on 13-02-2019.

1. they try to verify degree from verification system of university which was not verify.
2. They also saying that there is no website of company.
3. In bank statement there's not mention employee number or company name.
4. After credit salary series of cash drawls through ATM.
Replied with clear cut evidence, let's see how CO can assess.
They were trying to verify my degree on the wrong way as there is mention clearly that if someone wants to verify the degree through online system they need to pay 100$. But on the website of the university my result is available for the whole process i made screenshot. I provide income tax certificate of the company and also send them location of the company. My correspondence with hr manager is also attach. Self declaration on stamp paper is also attach.
How much I can wait for the decision, or can I call them.

Received a Natural justice with clause 4020.

I have received an NJ back in November 2019 informing that immigration was unable to verify my English test results (Cambridge Advanced English)
I have contacted Cambridge to check why my results were invalid? Cambridge responded back saying there was no test day photo attached in the results portal due to the technical issue on the centre end and advised me to contact the centre for further details and said photos cannot be added retrospectively and after several days of fighting with them they have advised that our contract is with the centre and advised to contact them.

I have contacted the centre exam manager with the details provided by Cambridge and received a response with a letter advising there was a technical error on the day of the test and the exam centre manager has provided me with a letter confirming my details with a photo attached.

I have submitted the document provided by the centre and communications with Cambridge to the case officer. The case officer has now responded back saying they have contacted Cambridge and Cambridge have advised that they have not authorised the exam centre to provide any letter and the document that I have submitted is bogus though it was genuine. I have only 20 more days to respond or else I will be barred for 3 years.

I have done all I could and submitted everything that was genuine. Posting this on all forums that I know. Did anyone come across a similar case? Can anyone advise me of my options? Please help.

That is very unfortunate. What you have done is exactly what I would have recommended. In your situation, I don't think anything more proper was possible. The only thing remaining, I guess, is to explain again to your CO, give him the contact details of the test centre, and emphasize that it was not your fault. I think, from COs perspective, it is an obvious response in the foreground of lots of fake test result issues. So, if CAE is replying it's bogus and unauthorized, CO can do nothing and all you can do is to sue your test centre and CAE, possibly (talk to a lawyer).

@mohsinciddiki see in his case co unable to verify the result online on 26 march 2020 my cae result has been verfied by home affairs i got a the confirmation from cambrige and my candiate portal shows as well with the time the big mistake which has been done by this guy he should take clarfication from cambridge i have attached 3 emails from cambridge in which there case team analsyst said that result should be in the system and also they mention we will advise the organzation that this is the center mistake that the photo is not uploaded by the center not the canadiate his result was not in the system that why he got njl

question from both seniors @mohsinciddiki @ MysticRiver my cae result was verfied by home affairs on 26 march 2020 i got the email from cambridge that result viewed by home affairs and also my canadiate portal of cambridge got confirmation with date and time that result viewed by home affairs also in my immi account i have attached 3 emails from cambridge team that photo was not uploaded by center and this is center mistake if any thing was wrong i should get NJL or explanation by case officer with in few days
