Hi All, I am about to start my immigration process. I quickly went thru the EA booklet and realized I might not be able to fulfill the documentary requirements.
I have been working in Saudi Arabia for almost 8 years so I guess experience-wise I am covered but the EA booklet mentions providing Ministry of Labour certified work contract. I can probably provide that for my existing job but it will not be possible for my 2 previous jobs. Does this mean I am screwed?

Usually it is required for RSEA not for skills assessment. If you are going for RSEA then you may be required to provide mol contract which can be easily obtained from mol. If not possible then you can show some other secondary evidences like insurance, labour card, iqama etc

That's the problem, I dont have access to older documents. And my iqama title didn't match my official work title as is often the case in KSA. And cherry on top, my first iqama was not sponsored by my first employer so the legality of that scenario is also questionable.
