General Settling in NSW FSC

Hi,
We are planning to apply for 489 state sponsored visa, NSW Far South Coast. My question is, how is that region to settle there with a 3 year old kid? Can we atleast live there for 2 to 2.5 years with our daughter, after that we can apply for 887 PR visa.. I know we won't be getting any medicare help..

As you are not applying for a PR, the child education will not necessarily be free (some might offer). So, the best way is to find some local school's website and email them for further information.
