Skill Assessment ACS Expiry after the fee payment and Visa Lodgement (189)

Hi Team,

I have paid the fee and lodged my Visa(189), but my ACS result will be getting expired in the next week, can anyone help me to know whether I need to reapply for ACS or my old ACS report still holds good.( ANZ : 261312).

One more query please: I have lodged my visa, but my health declarations are automatically picked up by the system from the health checks which I have done for 457 visa in January 2018, and got clearance as well; inspite of me not declaring the medical examinations in immi account.
Now, the concern is that my medical results will be getting expired in January 2018, and case officer might ask for health check once again and processing will be delayed.
Is there anyway, Can I get my HAPID and redo the medical examination now or should I wait till the case officer gets assigned and ask for medicals?
Can you please suggest on this.

You can try asking DHA for a new HAP ID, otherwise, just wait for CO's response. I have seen visa granted 6 months after HC expired.
