Invitation statistics for high demand occupations
Due to large numbers of EOIs being received for the below occupations, DIBP decided to invite on a pro rata basis for these occupations over the 2018-19 program year. However, this process can be changed if the situation demands. SkillSelect first allocates available places to Skilled – Independent (subclass 189) visas and then remaining to Skilled – Regional (subclass 489) (Provisional – Family Sponsored) visas. If all places are taken up by subclass 189 visas then there will be no invitations issued for subclass 489 visas in these occupations.

Can anyone guide me what does "Visa Date of effect means" ? Does it mean the last invites are issued for these dates? @MysticRiver @Dileep
Yes provided you have all the relevant experience certificate as per new occupationCan I go for re-assessment in a different code i.e 261313- Software Engineer or 261312-Developer programmer?
Yes, EOI will automatically be updated with your extra points as soon as you cross the date of 5 year completion provided that you are still working is same company which is assessed by ACS and wont switch your jobWill that 5 more points automatically get credit to my overall score on completion of one more year of experience or i need to re-assess after one year to get additional 5 points.

Certificate is basically a reference of your present or ex colleague/Senior confirming you were doing the same stuff which's given in your occupation code. Is it ? or anything else?
YesNow That's the tough one.Either I have to stay in same company or get myself reassessed.
Okay. Thanks Dear!
