hmm, but the accuracy will depend on how many people have submitted their data in ImmiTracker.

You can not be sure, since @colossus got his invite on 70 on the same date.

Further to my earlier post, Total nos of invitations started to decline from April. That was when they stopped issuing invitation for some prorata occupations. I think larger nos of invitations are expected for these occupations during early rounds and cut off point score would go down sooner than we expect.

But the backlog will exist .

When will the 27th round invitation results published. I keep checking every day since 12th July but still no go. Any clue how long it might take.

As I also applied under SC 489 along with SC 190 & SC189, I am so desperate to see something positive for all 65pointers under SC190 and 70 pointers under SC 489. Fingers crossed !!!

It usually gets published within 2 weeks, but this time DIBP is taking too long.

Hi Mystic River,
I have received an invite for 489 from South Australia today. Felt so excited as i kept on waiting for the results for 189/190 for nearly an year. moreover i applied for 489 on my own with the information provided in your site for which i got something positive.
i would appreciate your support to so many intending migrants like me. If you could share the details on the next sequence of steps i need to do to file a Visa. I mean the list of documents (if anything needs to be notarized) . i know the DIAC fee effective July 1st 2017
for primary applicant - $AUD 3670 for Dependant - $AUD 1835 and Dependent below 16yrs - $AUD920

Kindly let me know the details and correct me if i had mentioned the fees incorrectly.

Thanks again

Congratulations @Raghav. Can you please update your timeline so that the members can see your progress.

The DIBP process is same as 189, the only difference will be if SA has any specific requirement before you lodge your application. Once you lodge your application, the case will be on DIBP's hand and it will be similar for all the sub classess.

Here is a very nice step by step guide for SA nomination and application. All you need to do is now
  1. Open ImmiAccount and submit online visa application
  2. Once you pay the fee, your application will be submitted and you will see a document checklist in your ImmiAccount. You can see a tentative list here. Basically, you have to provide proofs to make your point claim valid along with your identity.
  3. You upload all the documents in ImmiAccount and wait for a grant. If DIBP requires something extra, they will contact you.
  4. For PC and HC, you can submit now, or you can wait for DIBP to ask for those.

Thanks Mystic River,
I had lodged my application for South Australia under 489 on July 22nd 2017. Got my invite on Aug 04th 2017.
Now i have 60 days time to file the visa application. Currently working on preparing the required documents.
I believe the processing time take upto 3months once the visa application filed. Not sure whether this differs on a case-case basis.
Quick question - Will my dependent eligible to work under 489 ?

Hi @Raghav, Where are you located and under which nomination list you applied, SA Skilled or SA Supplementary/Special Condition?

From https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/489-

Family
You can include your partner and your or your partner’s child or step-child in your application.

Family members who are granted the visa have the same rights and can do the same things as you.
