Invitation statistics for high demand occupations (pro-rata)

Due to large numbers of EOIs being received for the below occupations, DIBP decided to invite on a pro rata basis for these occupations over the 2018-19 program year. However, this process can be changed if the situation demands. SkillSelect first allocates available places to Skilled – Independent (subclass 189) visas and then remaining to Skilled – Regional (subclass 489) (Provisional – Family Sponsored) visas. If all places are taken up by subclass 189 visas then there will be no invitations issued for subclass 489 visas in these occupations.

Hey guys...
I recently updated my score to 80 points for 189, DOE 25/02/2019. My anzsco is 233512. For this code, last year only 54.87% quota was filled. This year, it has already reached 60.62% wherein for January, 2019 round the cut off was 70 points with DOE 2/07/2018. So, can I expect an invitation for the next round? Or I will have to wait for the next financial year to start?

I have 65 points from Exp (5 years), Ielts (Each band 7), CDR and age.
I have applied for 189 visa, but I don't think I will be getting an invitation any time soon.

I have no idea, states do not publish any occupation-wise data for 190.

Go to anzsco, put your occupation code and check which states are open for you. Then go to those individual state websites to know what is the procedure to apply for 190 & 489 category, whichever is applicable to you. As @MysticRiver said, apply for all the states you are eligible for through separate EOIs.
