Nope, they don't give any timeline for that. It is not possible as well for them to comment because it depends on how many people (ranked above you) are in the queue (which they know) as well as how many people (with more point than you) are going to submit new EOI before next invitation round (which they don't know).

Dear MysticRiver / Admin,
i submitted an EOI for SC-190 at 2 weeks ago for NSW. my occupation is Civil Engineering. now i want to apply also at different state for getting more chance & hope. i have the following question.
1) can i apply at different state? if is, then do i have to open a new EOI individually for every state where i want to apply. (note that i want to avoid the "ANY State" option at EOI in this matter),
2) If i do this, is this might harmful for getting state nomination in future due to individual EOI for different state?
3) as it is not occupation ceiling related (SC-190), then probably how many days statistically might take time for getting first ITA from NSW (after submitting EOI-not state nomination but for apply state nomination)?

B.Rgds
Suman

You can submit as many EOI as you want, no harm. Just make sure you don't accept invitation from multiple.

For subclass 190, you will get invitation as soon as state approves your sponsorship. The estimated time depends on your claimed point.

We accumulate published result time to time and present it in user friendly manmer. Rest assured all the figures here are officially published by DIBP in different sources.

As per the letter, you can claim points for experience since Jun 2011. Check below link to find out home many points you'll gather (depends on whether your experience is in Aus or overseas (means outside Aus), also whether if you gathered any extra experience since your assessment was dine)

For State Sponsorship, just applyin the respective states' website. In my knowledge there is no rule of eligibility for that, but the rules vary state to state and time to time, so you should just recheck.

1) That would be very helpful, but unfortunately DIBP doesn't provide such, neither for subclass 189, nor for 190.

2) This information is available for subclass 189, not for 190, unfortunate again.

Yes that is a good idea. In my case I already submitted EOI under 189 for general accountant with 65 points in march 2016 (last month), by looking at the recent eoi invitations it is harder to get invited soon since the people who applied in Sep 2015 with 65 points only received in Feb 2016. So can I submit another EOI for 190 and incase if i don't get invited by states then will it affect the previous EOI submitted under 189 category?

You can submit as many EOI as you like. All EOIs will be totally independent and will not impact each other. Just make sure, in case you receive invitation against 2 different EOIs, accept invitation only for one.
