Statutory declaration for CPA as employment ref

It is a confusing point. there are different formats on the internet and some on the Australian government website but "Australian Commonwealth" and all the different states have different formats. can someone who has successfully submitted the SD as employment reference share the correct format and details, please. I am just confused why there are different formats for all the states since I will be applying for state nomination as well as general EOI as well.

Those formats are used when you are an onshore applicant. If you are offshore, just contact any local legal advisor/notary public and submit the standard format being used in your country. SD is valid as long as it is meeting assessment body's requirement even on a plain paper

Those formats are used when you are an onshore applicant. If you are offshore, just contact any local legal advisor/notary public and submit the standard format being used in your country. SD is valid as long as it is meeting assessment body's requirement even on a plain paper


Thanks a lot for clarification. I have to get my documents assessed by CPA Australia. I was lucky enough to get the employment reference letters from almost all employers. Unfortunately I missed mentioning on one of them the number of hours worked and salary. It only mentions I was permanent employ and listing all my job description in detail. does that make any difference ? Is it really necessary to mentioned hours worked and salary ?? Plz help

Check CPA requirement, if they have mentioned then yes
