Hi @mohsinciddiki
Hope you are doing well..
Mohsin out of curiosity I have a question.
In my case CO asked for PCC of my wife.

Now I have UAE PCC and will get indian PCC also (already applied)

I can send the both but question is : In Co contact one clause have following statement:

The name on the police certificate(s) must match the name in your passport and must
include any other names or aliases you are or have been known by. If the name on the police
clearance certificate(s) received by us is different from your passport or does not list all other
names you have been known by, you will be requested to obtain another police certificate(s).

Now you know in UAE they write your name + Father's Name ( In PCC also no separate column for fathers name, they wrote it along with secondary candidate name)

Now I was wondering should I send both PCC to CO or only Indian PCC??
By the way 12 months are not completed in UAE
( Because I read it somewhere that You only need to provide PCC if you have spend more than 12 months in some other country)

Regards

In this case only submit Indian PCC because 12 months is not completed. Just add the change in circumstances form and mention the detail that your wife has moved to UAE and since 12 months is not completed you are not providing PCC. If it is required, it can be submitted

Dear All,

I am from Bangladesh. I have submitted EOIs for both subclasses 189 and 190 with 75 and 80 points respectively at the end of August 2019. My ANZSCO code is 233211 and I obtained positive outcome (CDR only) from EA within 10 days of submission. I didn't perform "The Relevant Skilled Employment Assessment". Again, I have claimed more than 6.5 years experience (offshore) by working in a single organization.

I have 2 years of income tax return certificates with me and by the end of November 2019, it will be 3. I can obtain experience certificate, pay slips, bank statements, etc. for the whole duration of my employment.

Now my query is that for visa purpose, do I need to provide tax certificates for the whole duration of my employment, or these 3 years' income tax certificates with supporting documents will suffice?

Thanks in advance.

Few should be fine. Rest can be covered by providing payslips and bank statements

BTW that was quick!!

Dear Mates,

With grace of god and with help of you people I got grant today.

My special thanks to @MysticRiver , @mohsinciddiki @Dileep without your help it was not possible.

Even I did not know the ABC of immigration, but you guys have helped me from scratch to grant.

Because of you people I have saved a big amount of agency fees, not only that it has boosted up my confidence to apply more files in future, I can help lot of people who are looking for immigration advice on Migration Desk as well as people in my social circle.

Many Thanks again

Jasmeet:)

Hello, do I need PCC from a country which I lived in for 18 months (continuously), but only 10 months of those were in the last 10 years?

Congratulations Jasmeet, did your application status changed from "Received" before the CO contact in September.

Thank you
