Hello all,

For my employment period of 2014-2015, I only have the payslips given to me by the employer. I do not have the bank statements. If I apply for assessment, with only the payslips, is it sure to get negatively assessed?

Any help/suggestions would be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

But I think from now ownwards, a person needs to show atleast 2 proofs.
My query is also the same..as i am having 5 years of work experience but for the first 2 years.. i do have only pay slip(will it works as for that experience, I am not claiming 5 points).
Thanks
Oh, I just saw that ACS has updated their requirement and they are asking payment evidence in particular format. Yes, you are right, in this case, you need to provide at least 2 of the 4 evidences asked. But it is ok to just provide a few payslips from period of your employment. No need to provide all of them so you will be just fine

@mohsinciddiki a question as ACS mention that bank statement have a name of employer in the statement as in many banks while transferring the salary they do have name some code or something else no employer name so in that case what will the solution of this to satisfy to assessor .

I think there is no alternative if ACS is strict with their requirements. Max can be done is to have a letter issued from employer stating that they are transferring salary to your bank account without showing their name

Hi Guys,
I have received ACS Assessment yesterday and I applied after the recent changes.
Out of three work experience, Current Employment is accepted with one Salary Slip, Experience letter with salary details and bank statement clearly showing company name and my name.
Employment-1 is rejected due to insufficient documents as I have provided one salary slip and bank statement for that month was only showing "Credit Transfer". They replied to my email that you provided only one Salary Slip which doesnt match with bank statement. Now I am going to apply for Review with additional documents that includes few more salary slips where bank statement is showing word "Salary transferred to staff from CompanyABC".
Employment-2 is accepted with Experience letter showing salary, 2 salary slips, Bank statement showing my name and company name.
So as per my understanding it is ok to even provide one salary slip but bank statement should show that salary is transferred from XYZ company.

I want to apply with another work experience as they deducted my 6 years of work experience and now I am having less than 8 years of work experience in total. The issue is I dont have bank statement for my first job and looking to find answers for below statement written in ACS Guidelines:
Official government tax records or documents that may include payment summaries, group certificates or notices of assessment (citing company and applicant name)

If somebody can explain what are these documents required??

Regards,
Fads

Hi, does anyone here submitted ACS assessment recently? My concern is with regards to the payment reference, I have a copy of all my ITR for the past 6 years, but I only have a few payslips copy, like I only have 5 copies of them. Will it be acceptable?
Thank you.
Usually they ask for entire period but if you manage to provide few from start-mid-end then it should suffice

Hi, I'm planning to apply for the skill assessment. However, with requirement of payment evidence I'm not sure how to proceed.

I had one of my foreign employers pay me through Western Union because the wire charges were much higher. Also, I was sent the payment on the employer's name. It was a company of just 3, including me. I'd then go to one of the WU locations and get the salary in cash.

I've kept all my WU slips. Would sending these be enough to ACS?

With respect to updated ACS skill guidelines, we need to show 2 payment of evidence as a proof of employment.
I am having 5 years of work experience where i worked for 4 different companies.
For the first company, I am having salary slip and Tax return, but in the salary slip there is no mentioning of bank account number.
Will it create any problem in assessing my work experience?

Hello folks,

If you don't have payslips or bank statements, You can submit the combination of FORM26AS, FORM16 along with UAN passbook. This is acceptable by the ACS.

Below is the combination of legal documents that you can submit to ACS for reassessment based on your scenario.

1.Login into Traces and select the assessment year, select the PART A – Details of Tax Deducted at Source, the name of the Deductor will be displayed that will be your company name. Drill down the SR NO tab on the left-hand side, it will display the transaction date, highlight the name of the deductor, it should match with the company name that you have provided for the earlier assessment. Kindly take the screenshot and attach it to the ACS portal. Additionally, you need to attach your FORM16 and FORM12B too as separate pdfs.

2. Login to the UAN portal, enter your UAN number and password and select the View tab, select the Service History tab. Your employee details will be displayed on it with your start date and end date of your tenure with them. Please take the screenshot of it in a word document and also download the UAN passbook, if you are comfortable with it to provide. Merge the screenshot and UAN passbook in sequential order into a document word and convert it to PDF and upload it to the ACS portal.

Hello,

I am planning to apply for an ACS assessment. The issue that I have got is that I have all my 6 years payslips and tax statements from my current employment, but they are in German. Do I have to translate each one of them? I am providing them for each year the first payment and the last payment and the tax statement. The content of each payslip and tax declaration is identical except the dates and the amounts differ. Please suggest me what to do.

Better to translate all as you might require to show the continuity of your work by providing all the documents

Question) Do I need to submit pay slips of all 14 years of experience in different companies?
I had a remote job from 2006 to 2015, and then I changed company which is onsite job. I do have pay slips for recent job but not of my previous company since they use to send remittance through bank.

Few from each year should suffice but you need to have the maximum number of documents ready if asked by the CO

My 1st employment is 5-Sep-2013 - 17-Oct-2018

Unfortunately, I only have the following 7 payslips

April-2018 to Oct-2018 with me.

However, I have the PF-Provident Fund statement which I downloaded from EPFO as well as my bank statement from 2013-2020. Will these be acceptable for assessment?

It's not possible to comment with certainty, but I would say you have a good chance.

Hi, I am planning for the ACS skill assessment. I have below queries, please help.
1. I worked in a company for 5 years. Do I need to provide payment evidence for each year or just only for start year and end year?
2. I have worked in Singapore for 4 years, but My employer is not providing the employment certificate(ACS require format). My manager has provided me an affidavit. This affidavit is made in India but my company was in Singapore and I was working there. Will this affidavit work?

Consider before posting:
  • Do not post the same thing in multiple places.
  • No personal contact and/or non-English phrase is allowed.
  • Always post in a relevant thread or open a new one.
  • Better to use the reactions in a post to congratulate/thank.
