Hello,
I'm applying for Customer Service manager position 149212, I have total 7.5 years of work experience (below), what experience most likely Vetassess will count for my skill assessment?
2 years of Customer Service representative
3.5 years on Team leader role in the same Customer Service field
2 years as Operations manager in the same field
In my letters both team lead and ops manager roles are mentioned, and I have listed down all responsibilities that pretty much matching the Position I'm applying for.
Does Vetassess consider your role name or your actual responsibilities?
How many years I'm most likely can get here?
Thank you very much

The major weight would be on the responsibilities.

Thank you!
What about Organizational chart? Any specific format required? I'm getting difficulties with getting it from my previous employers.

If you are nominating a managerial occupation, you must submit an organisational chart highlighting your job position and those of your superiors and subordinates.

I don't think there is any official format. Just use your best judgement, make it clear.
