If you are claiming points for the employment period, it is imperative to submit as many evidences as possible like salary slips, reference letter signed by superior/hr/head, bank statements, tax return documents etc.

@sky1988 - I'd just like to clarify, are these documents required while submitting state visa nomination application? I think these documents are required in the final stage while lodging for visa with DHA. Kindly correct me.

Brother i am at the pre invite stage so at this point also i shall provide this much proofs for work experience??? I have to submit by tomorrow it will be great if yiu can clear this point
As far my understanding goes, proofs for the claimed points should be submitted to the DIBP after ITA (post your pre-invite). Although I would want @MysticRiver @mohsinciddiki @Dileep or anybody who has gone through the State invitation process to clarify.

I believe in case of state nomination, you need to submit proofs to the state as well, maybe not as extensively as with DHA.

Better to provide as much as possible to avoid issues later, although it is pre-invite but better not to take any chance

In the Victoria online visa nomination application form, the following documents are required to be uploaded:
Mandatory documents
1. Signed declaration form
2. CV
3. Degree / transcripts
4. Skills Assessment from relevant authority
5. English language test results

After the above section, there is a section named 'additional documents'. Under this section, you can upload your commitment letter.

The remaining documents like payslips, experience letters, bank statements etc., I believe is not required at this stage, since the state won't be verifying your points claim. That will be done by DHA.

Absolutely. However, you can go to the timeline thread and ask those who have already received their grants or gone through the process if you want to be absolutely sure about this. https://www.migrationdesk.com/timeline/ Put filters and check.

Hi
I am not sure about the invite as I'm also in the same situation with EOI effect date 3rd january 2019 but with 75 points under 190 vic with same code 254499. But still not yet received any invite. But a friend of mine got an invite from vic in a single day with 70 points under 190 with ANZSCO 254424. Reason is SS works on the basis of ANZSCO codes which are in demand.
Hi.
I logdged eoi for 190 Victoria and NSW through immigration consultant under Registered nurse nec 254499 with 65 points +5 (s.s.)=70 on 20 jan 2019..
Still not received any invitation.

If your occupation is in-demand in that specific state and you meet their eligibility criteria, then you will receive a pre invite. So it all depends on the states requirement. For the time being all you can do is keep patience and wait. :)

No there's no fee for submitting nomination for VIC.
Kindly update your time line, as it will be helpful for other members on the forum.

Thanks for your wishes... I have applied recently on 11 Apr 2019 from India... Its quite strange that even after receiving pre-invite you haven't received any response in last 9 months..why don't you send an email ( I reckon they are supposed to give outcome within 12 weeks from the date of submission of application). Wish you good luck and keep in touch......

Hi all

I got preinvite from ACT and VIC. And i had applied for both. However today I received this below mentioned email from VIC that has put me in fix. Looking at VIC rejection rate it’s confusing. Any suggestions are welcomed !

Thank you for the application for Victorian Government nomination under the 190 - Skilled Nominated visa scheme.

We note from the application that the applicant has also applied to XXXX. In situations such as this our policy is to immediately refuse any such applications,as we require applicants who are committed to Victoria only.

However, as there are often misunderstandings that lead to duplicate applications, we would like you to explain why the preference is Victoria and why the applicant is committed to our state, should the application be successful. To proceed with the Victoria Government application, you will need to withdraw the application to XXXX, and provide us with evidence of the withdrawal.

If there is no preference, you should advise XXXX to continue their assessment and we will close the Victorian application.

The application will be considered incomplete until we receive this information. If we do not hear from you within one month the file will be closed.

I think this is an insane policy to expect people to commit to a state until the state does not commit anything to the applicant.

To proceed with the Victoria Government application, you will need to withdraw the application to XXXX, and provide us with evidence of the withdrawal.
I would like to know if VIC guarantees the nomination if the applicant withdraws the application for XXXX. I have seen cases where VIC rejects nomination after submitting documents.

In my case i suspended all my EOI'd for othrr states.. but i am still not sure that wether suspending them is enough or i have to completely withdraw them. I hope suspending them works
