VETASSESS Warehouse professional applying for Customer service Manager

Would like keep open my hard desperation of 8 years to go to Aus. I am trying and loosing money. This time it seems like some hope. Customer service manager seems to be the closest occupation and I perform most of the duties. However, my designation is not at all related, it is Warehouse In charge.
Is there anyone with similar case and got positive assessment? If this is the claim then will there be physical verification?
