Hi Sandeep ,
The same documents which you had submitted for skills assessment(passport copies, Education qualification, experience letter, salary certificate, org chart - if you were in manger position) +Assesment results+ IELTS/PTE/TOEFL results+ $300 for applicants applying from outside Australia. $330 (GST included) for applicants applying from within Australia.

while lodging your visa application you will be in need of PCC & health assessment.

Not as per official requirement but Cao can ask if he thinks they are necessary. No need to notarize now

Is Form 80 required for NSW 190? I got the invite yesterday and I only see the following as mandatory :

  • Bio-data page of your passport – please do not scan the entire passport.
  • Current skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for your nominated occupation.
  • English language ability results – IELTS, PTE Academic, TOEFL iBT, Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE)* or OET.
  • Educational qualifications – certificates and academic transcripts.
  • Full curriculum vitae/resume.
  • Evidence to support all points-related claims that you make in your application.

Above is also what is mentioned in NSW govt website .

It is required for lodging the visa, once you get confirmation and invitation from NSW.

Hi Philip:

Congrats on receiving the NSW invite.
Did you make a separate application to NSW after submitting your EOI or its simply indicating interest of NSW on the EOI?

I had intially created a seperate EOI for NSW in skillselect website and then NSW gov send me an email with a link to an application form where I had to submit my details.
