When will I get my grant?

So here is details on30 nov i go through medical and on 11 jan i came to know that i have to re appear in medical bcz they detect some spots which they consider signs of tb .on 20 march i fot my report .in which everything is clear there is no tb at all .on 30 march medical report has been issued to embassy but till now no response.today i got mail to sign and submit form 815 .whats that mean.is that mean i get grant soon or something else.plz let me know.already my one intake has been defered.

No indication about grant but yes your case is progressing and medical has been cleared conditionally for which they are asking form

Thnks dor reply.its already very late .my new defer intake is going to start in july .its june now.am worried about that
