1. It's tough to answer without knowing the context. May be you can paste a snapshot of the application page removing confidential parts/

2. Correct

4-7. Correct

8. Seems correct. As far I remember, in the past the question was like "Does the applicant agree to this department communicating via email and/or fax?" and the answer was Yes. Now if they reverse the question, you should answer No as you did.

9. Theoretically, you should answer "Yes" if you have any dependent family member who are not included in your application (irrespective of whether you have any plan to apply for them in future). Note, all non-migrating family member must provide HC and PC. Answer to this question usually have no implication for any future short term visit. The impact on any possible future PR application for them (the dependents whom you didn't declare as dependent) is unclear.

10. The language you speaks most of the time, e.g. your first language.

11. That should be okay. You have to provide a certificate of medium of instruction from her university to certify her education was in English. Otherwise, she has to give IELTS (at least 4.5) or you have to pay $4885. Below is the criteria for functional English

I had this questions in my mind, please confirm @MysticRiver is that 4.5 overall or 4.5 each?

Mystic River!

Is it confirm that I can not add my parents with my 189 application? As you have told me that in November 2016 DIBP has changed the rule...

In this question:Does the applicant have any dependent family members not travelling to Australia who are not Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents?

Can I add my Parents in this section. I want to apply their visa after I will arrive in Australia.

What do you suggest in my current application If I want to apply PR visa for my parents in future.

I think I gave a link in my last post, that's all I know. Nobody confirms me anything.

Irrespective of last question, you should amswer Yes if your parents are your dependent. In that case, you need to provide their PC and HC.

My parents passports are expired. Can i add their expired passports detail in Non migrating dependent section?
If Yes than HC Possible on expired passports?

Other than HC and PC, Is there any other requirement by DIBP for Non migrating parents...

Should I show my parents dependency on me? And how? With Which documents?

I doubt, I think you need to apply for new passport (because that's the only identity that Australian Government can use identify your parents)

In my knowledge, No.

Usually some evidence that they live with you and economically dependent on you was necessary. But I don't think you have to do that for non-migrating dependents, those were necessary for including dependents in the application.

As a matter of fact, if they indeed stop the option of adding other family members (other than partner/children), as suggested here and here, this non-migrating dependents question becomes sort of moot, they should change it to non-migrating family members (who can be added to your application).
