If I applied for a state nomination with valid English test (less than 3 years) and I got it after passing 3 years validity of it, should I reset the English test before the visa application lodgement?

If I applied for a state nomination with valid English test (less than 3 years) and I got it after passing 3 years validity of it, should I reset the English test before the visa application lodgement?

Yes, it should be vaild at the time of application.
But you may also lodge the application and later redo the English test ( may be within next 2-3 months, based on current visa processing time), this will reduce the waiting time.
