    Hi Neha,

    I have "Account Manager" as a designation on my company letterhead. But my employer is ready to add RnR similar to Management Consultant in the same letterhead.

    Do you think, with this having Account Manager as a designation on the letterhead will be a problem with VETASSES?

    I'm confused here. Anyone with similar experience? Looking for clarity around it.

    Myself Ananth, I had submitted my visa application on Sep5th 2018, I got my new baby on Oct1st, I like to know what is the procedure to add my new baby to my application??? while googling its say like form 1022, but don't know were to submit that form ....pls guide me with steps

    Would you please help me understand subclass 489 holder obligations properly? Are you obligated to live in a particular town/ postcode you have stated as intended in your commitment statement or you can live/ work anywhere within regional NSW?

    It is best to not contact your CO as it will not do much to expedite the process. The timelines are mostly fixed and contacting them will only show your impatience. Please avoid contacting unless it is taking more than 6 months for them to revert.

    my overall experience is 10 Yrs .in my VETASSES Assesment say 4.1Yrs as skilled, I had claimed points for 10 Yrs. in this case what I need to do ???

    If you have claimed points for 10 years (as per the total experience), it shouldnt be a problem. Just submit proof of your current employment. you should be good!

    Yes - the relevant job code is Management Consultant only.

    We front-loaded PCCs after CO was assigned on 04 Oct. HC was uploaded before. We weren't able to get an appointment with regional PO for PCC. Therefore, we got late.

    @NehaPathania Congrats on your Visa grant. I will be applying for SA state sponsorship in march. Can you clarify what is mentioned in your grant letter with regards to restrictions of living n working in SA i.e., have they specified that you are allowed to live & work 'ONLY' in SA. Because if not mentioned, there is possibility to work in other regional areas such as Tasmania and non-metros of other states.

    Thanks dear! TO answer your query, yes - there is a specific mention of living in low-density areas in all of Australia, not specifically SA. It has become clearer to us now. But we have narrowed in on Adelaide as its one of the best cities to live in. And not as overcrowded as well. So - thats the spot for us.

    That's a very pleasant info you mentioned. So it means one can move to other low-density areas without breaking the condition & eligibility for PR after 2 years. By the way how are job opportunities in your field? I was told by my friends that 489 immigrants are given lower priority compared to PR's (189/190).

    My husband is with Ernst & Young and we are hoping for a transfer to Adelaide, EY branch. Fingers crossed. I think it's more about which job codes fall under the visa category you are applying for. Management consultant code opened up under 489 visa and not 189/190. Therefore, we went ahead with 489 visa. After you have been living in a particular city under 489 for two years, you are eligible to apply for PR anywher
