2019-2020 1399 form

Hi everyone,
I logged my 190 (ACT) application on 12th June 2019, HAPID and health check 18th July 2019. My case officer contacted me 24th Oct for further info, which was a form (form 1399 declaration of service) to be filled for both my husband and I. I submitted all by 1st Nov, yet haven’t heard back from them! My immi account status is further assessment since then. I was wondering if anyone has asked for same thing (form1399)?
I would appreciate any thoughts.

Usually, it takes time after submitting the additional documents. I wonder why they asked for 1399 when you must have filled form 80 which usually has the same information as 1399. Nevertheless, it is perfectly normal to wait for 6-8 months after CO contact

Yeah, I surprised too! 1399 is more about military service declaration, which was weird again as I've never anticipated army and it was clear from my application!

No, haven’t heard anything! It’s been 8 months since I submitted that form and 13 months from initial lodging! Yeah, so frustrating.

It’s even more annoying when you see many that applied months after us getting their grants and we are still waiting for non sense form they asked from us specially being female and nothing to do with military ...

190 in May 19, I couldn’t find many asked for 1399 so it’s like who knows how long it takes... Just can’t understand why they asked us that military thing

Yeah, I could have been totally fine if they just had given me an actual timeline to know when it’s going to end.
Sounds like we’re the first ones have caught up with 1399 and going to answer other people’s questions from now on .
I hope this thread be useful for others.
I’ll let you know if I hear anything from CO and please do the same if you could.
