CO contact for employment evidence

Hi all,
I received CO contact mail today morning asking for evidence of employment,which are as follows evidence can include, but are not limited to: ● bank statements showing salary payments ● tax documents (Form 16s) ● Employer provident funds statements. The problem with my case is that i recieved cash payment from my employer.
PPF is optional as my company employees less than 10 people ,so they are not registered. Form 16 or TDS is also not issued by the company for this i file my ITR with a CA (which has been front loaded for all the years in immi account)
Suggestions please..

What other documents you provided as your employment claim and how many points are you claiming? Is this for previous or current company?

You would need something that proves that you had a paid job. So, you need some kind of evidence of your payment.

I have submitted my payslips as well as salary certificate of cash payments on company letterhead.

So, wait for your CO's response. If he asks for further documents, explain to him why you don't have those.

the above docs were front loaded along with qualifications credentials when I lodged the visa application.

What other documents you provided as your employment claim and how many points are you claiming? Is this for previous or current company?

I claimed points for 7 years of employment, it's the same company I worked from the start. my documents includes.
1)roles and responsibility
2)reference letter
3)appointment letter
4)salary cert for cash payment on letter head.
5)ITR returns
6)payslips

This what I got in document that request. I pasted the same request I got

I recently got a CO contact asking for employment evidence, asking for sal slips, ITR returns, Bank statement, PPF statement and superannuation. I have submitted ITR returns of last 8 yrs and bank statement of last 11 yrs which clearly shows salary credit in last 11 yrs. Earlier I had submitted form 16 A, however I do not have salary slips. I hope this should solve the purpose. @MysticRiver, please suggest.

Oh, in that case try to explain to him why you don't have the remaining.

You should do that and wait and see if that suffices. It's not really possible to know how your CO will react.

There is no point of suggestion in your condition. Responses to this kind of scenario largely depends on the individual CO's mindset, and vary a lot. So, all you can do from your part, until you listen (or not) from your CO, is to submit as many documents as you can and wait patiently for your CO's response. If your CO asks for additional documents and you have no means of providing that, write a letter explaining the reason (and/or efforts you have taken to gather that documents) for not having that.

Actually after lodging nomination application CO contacted me for Roles & responsibility doc, I reverted to the request within 5 min as soft copy was already with me. So the quick invite in 30 min or so..
