EA rejected my cdr due to plagarism

I received a rejection from EA for my career episodes due to plagarism and recived a ban of 12 months. I prepared CE based on my projects done in my collage. I had already submitted my project reports too as per the request. Still got a rejection. My ban period is about to end and I would like to resubmit again. I prepared completely new career episodes with new topics.
Will EA will assess me as a new applicant or will they ask justification for past submitted topics and new topics are different?will they ask for an explanation for topic change ?
