How to apply for the registration of BPEQ (QLD)

Hai, I got registered with BPEQ on 21Oct 2018. I got a register number and my details are reflecting on BPEQ register web page. But still now I didn't get any letter. As of know, I got only an email from BPEQ with a link showing my registration details. Is this email or print of the web page sufficient for evidence of registration or should I wait for the letter from BPEQ for submitting EOI.

you can request via email for scanned copy of RPEQ Letter.

submitt EOI dont waste your time, as nowadays they are taking time for invitation. So by that time you will recieve the letter.

Form reached them via DHL on the 17th of Sept. got
Pre invite 18th if sept
Money deducted 20th sept
Board sat on Friday 21st
I had a deadline of 14 days... exactly the 7th day after the pre invite, I called RPEQ, and told them I had a deadline, lady asked for my surname and said it won’t be long... 3 hours later same day 24th, I got a sharp scanned copy of the official letter and also on the website search register, my name was already there.
So total for me 17th to 21st. ( the letter is dated 21st) and on website search it was dated 24th so officially it took me 4 days to get my RPEQ license .

Yes I received pre invite 18th September before BPEQ. But God made my license quick and fast and I got it in days. But am yet to receive the mail at hand... and I have submitted for nominations as well.

since there is no option to mention about your registration in EOI, so BSMQ has to send Pre-invite and ask for registration proof.

BSMQ might be directly checking BPEQ registration online or by asking data directly from BPEQ. It doesn't have to be mentioned in the EOI.

Below is the response I had received from Migration QLD on the topic, which made me cancel my EOI and issue a new one after finalizing the registration with BPEQ.

"You will not receive an invitation if you don’t have the registration at time of lodging the EOI.
So if you have lodged already, you won’t hear form us and you should by right to withdraw.
Withdraw by emailing me your EOI number.
And you need to relodge once you have the registration in hand."

Means you have to provide the proof of registration, received the registration letter by post or scanned copy.

After the money is deducted from your account by BPEQ, you may count yourself as registered. You don't need to wait for the letter by courier. Just call them and ask for the scanned document. EOI can be submitted in this phase. Good luck.

Pre-invite email? Or they offered me citizenship?
I asked them if BPEQ registration is a must for pre-invite and that is their response. As simple as this.

I understood that they should be from same profession.
1) I worked in 2 companies in the last 1 year. CAN I use any of my colleaugue from here?
2) Prior to this , I was on a break for 1 year. So can I use referees who worked with me 2 years or more back?

1) Your referees:
 - Must have known you for at least 12 (twelve) months;
 - Must have an engineering qualification, and at least 5 years’ experience in your area(s) of practice;
- Could be your supervisor, mentor, other senior colleague or an engineer client;
2) - One referee is to be from your current employer.
-The other referee is to be from your current employer, if you have been with the current employer for more than 5 years.
- If you have changed employer more recently, the other referee may be from a previous employer where you worked within 5 years prior to lodgment of your application. The referee can be an external mentor, but cannot be a just a friend from your workplace or elsewhere.
