If your occupation is under SOL list, I think you are a very potential candidate for Oz immigration, with 70 points!

Based on the statistics, the visa is granted about 3 months!

For ACS assessment, it takes about 3 days and 2 months. Mine was assessed (ICT Systems Analyst) in 5 working days only!

Like Marcos said, with 70 points you'll get invitation on the very first round, most probably (provided your skill matches SOL). The assessment will also not be a problem.

However, the timeline for visa grant varies a lot, specially with country of citizenship. I have seen people wait from 1.5 months to 30 months. From my knowledge of different people, you might need to wait longer than 3 months with your country of citizenship.

You will need to get your work experience assessed by an authorized body from the SOL list first as some like ACS (IT) might deduct some number of years from your work experience

However, the most you can lose is just 5 points, 65 total is still pretty solid
