Is there any way to access EOI account if even forgot password option also now working?

I have problem with accessing my EOI account. Forgot password/ password change option neither working as it shows incorrect answer.
Could anyone please help me out!!

(Obvious question) are you sure you're using the correct security info to reset your password?

If neither of the options are working for you, you could try contacting the Skill Select Technical Support Help-desk: I'm having Technical Issues with SkillSelect

Yes! I am pretty sure that I have submitted only 1 document (passport) and it is still not working.
Thanks by the way. Will try for that since I have already got invitation.

If you don't remember your password and the security answer, the only way is try to contact SkillSelect, as @SJR suggested. I don't remember any such case.

Unfortunately NO my friend, I have lost that ITA and applied for another EOI.
Try your best to email them and convince the situation as in my case they replied the recovery password is the only way to access our account.
Have received ITA btw?

No, but then what if I am entering the correct security question which I used to create my EOI, how should I seek help? No way out?

Check with some other web browser or system as in some cases it might affect, they say. And also check if any site maintenance is going on as this will not allow you to login/ change password etc. If your recovery is also not working, I dont think skillselect can help you with anything as in my case nothing happened.

Im facing same issue for may 190 skill select eoi.
But I can access my 189 eoi account.
I provided all the info needed still I cant reset the password
By the way I provided the correct eoi username and password

I am wondering why my eoi is unknown.

Facing same issue. Received a notification mail from skillselect. But not able to login or change password.
Any way out.
Does immi let you beforehand if you got an invite or the only way to know about the invite is by login into the account only?
Please update me...

There is no other way to reset the password. When you create EOI take a screenshot of security questions. At least you have proof that you are doing the right thing.

So if you can’t access the eoi what you do next with state nomination and invitation?
Do you have to apply again for state nomination or just eoi and ask the state to update it?

If you can't access EOI your invitation will expire. You have to initiate whole process of lodging new EOI and wait for invitation for applying for Visa.
