Obtain CCL-Nati points

Could you'll please provide guidance on how to get CCL-Naati points?

You have to pass NAATI exam, which is now only available in Australia (since Jan 2018).

Isn't there a possibility of appearing outside of Australia?

Last time I checked, they closed all their overseas test centres on 1st January 2018.
