Hi,
I am 189 secondary applicant. My husband was primary applicant( all points on his merit)
He got invitation to apply in sept 16.We got married during the same time in Nov 16. As things happened during same time, We were asked to prove that our marriage is genuine which we did.
We made our first entry in oct'17 and stayed for 10 days and returned. We came back to Aus in jan'19 and I returned in oct'19.
Currently my husband is onshore and I am offshore and we have separated since jan20, and will get divorce soon.
Now I am planning to go back and start living independently.
With this my queries are-
1. Will this affect my visa status.
2. Do I need to update change of circumstances. If yes, how?
3. I need to update my contact details with immi. How can I do so? ( Visa Application was made from my husband's immi account, to which I don't have access. I tried to import my application to new immi account, but couldn't do. The error says no application matching the data entered is found)
4. I have medical history, I was asked to do tests by DIBP in dec19. But since I am offshore since then, haven't done that. For my visa the communication is with my husband. I have no idea what he has updated them with. Shall I contact DIBP for the same? Or just updated my contact details?
