I think that's enough, no need to contact again, let them come back to you if they want.

Hi,
I did not hear anything from Immigration till now. Its been more than 28 days.

When I log into my application, there is no change in my spouse details. It is still with below note.
Note: If this person does not complete the required health examinations the visa application can be refused.

However, there was a change in the rules , that non-migrating applicants are no more required to take health examination and PCC from July 01st 2017.

So do you think I will have a chance in this regard ,, do you think they will consider my application?

I am not sure, only your CO can confirm. If you are in hurry, try sending an email asking if he received your previous email and whether you need to do anything in that regard. I am not sure though if you'll get a reply, but it won't hurt for sending one extra email.

Hi ,

I am not in a hurry, but because my case is complicated, I am worried that my case might get rejected. However, I sent an email.

Hi Team,

I got a response from the case officer today. They requested for a Evidence to show the ended relationship.

Evidence that your relationship has ended with your former spouse or de facto partner
1.Provide a certified copy of your divorce certificate or equivalent.

2.Provide evidence of separation from your former partner. This could include a separation
certificate or a statutory declaration that includes details of the separation from your former
partner, such as both your full names, duration of relationship, date of separation and any
other relevant information.

In my case, Since I cannot get a certified copy of your divorce certificate, I am thinking I will go with a statutory declaration.
I searched several posts, could not get any standard template.

Do you have suggestions?

I don't think there is any standard template for such. You should follow what they suggest, include all the information of point 2, and anything else you deem important. Don't flood it with unnecessary information, but try to be as convincing as possible.

And when you submit that, don't forget to email your CO letting him know that you cannot provide divorce certificate because you are separated but not yet divorced.

Hi,
I am also in a similar situation where I am separated but not legally divorced. Even if I file for divorce now, it will take atleast a year before it comes through.
I wonder whether raja1909 did finally bet her 189 visa.

@MysticRiver , would you have any idea of how likely is it that the statutory Declaration on being separated would be accepted by a case officer in a PR application?

I actually don't have any extra information on this matter other than what is already discussed above. Maybe @raja1909 can share his experience.
