Relationship status change after receiving ITA

Hi,

I submitted EOI last May 4, got an ITA last week. I am single but planning to get married soon. Our plan is to get married, update EOI then attach him. We did not expect that we will get an invitation in a short period of time after submission of EOI.

My partner is also skilled. Got a positive skills assessment last May 11, and also a competent score in PTE 5 months ago.

Technically single or with partner skills will keep the same 10 points. Also we got all the skills assessments and PTE before ITA so all our claims are genuine.

My question is, upon lodging sublass 189 visa, can I include my skilled partner? Or
Should I proceed with the visa application as single, then before a decision is made attach him and provide a form 1022 - Change in circumstances form.
Is there a possibility that we will not granted because of relationship change?

Thank you!
