Almost every visa has the family-sponsored option where an immediate family member can sponsor. Which subclass you are referring to?

If you are asking about being sponsored by your in-laws, you have a very narrow path (possibly 491) - also not guaranteed.

What do you mean a very narrow path? How about my wife? However she is not studying she is a dependent under my visa.

I mean you don't have a lot of options if you consider sponsored by in-laws route.
Dependents can't sponsor back their sponsor, that would not make sense. She needs to get her independent visa before she can sponsor you.
