Visa medical status

please give advice
i have done my medical last week and got called from doctor i have LTb inactive. x ray is cleared but LTb positive in blood taste. the status says examinations ready for assessment no action required.
What will be the next process for me?

Lab will call you atleast after 2 - 3 weeks, make sure to make close follow up with Lab.

Hi, I’m currently on the process of student visa application as main applicant with a dependent (my wife) in one reference number.

My health status (main applicant) is cleared: Health clearance provided – no action required.

while my wife needs further assessment. I’m worried because our doctor told us that the extra health assessment will take ~10 weeks, which is after my course begin in September.

In this case, will my visa be assessed separately and I can get the visa approval before my wife?

My wife's status reads: Health Assessed. Wait for advice from the department.
Not sure what that means. Haven't received any email yet.
Her latest reports and doctors recommendation are positive. Has anyone received a similar status?

Do you recieved any reply what was It how long it took

Received the result. Unfortunately, hers was refused on medical ground (significant cost). I had to travel alone.
Hope this is not the end of road. Not sure, if we can try again.
