After Visa is granted, is it necessary for the primary applicant to travel first to Australia and find a job?
Or, is it ok if I travel with my family to Australia, get the legal requirements fulfilled and then I come back to India and my spouse stays and find a job and I join later?

I am the primary applicant of visa 489 sponsored by Queensland and in the state for the past 9 months. . I have been looking for a job in Queensland for the past 6 months but to no avail. Now, I have received an offer from an employer based in regional Victoria. Would leaving my state impact my 887 visa!!

In one of my experience letters that I submitted to ACS, I have mentioned the employment duration correctly at one place and made a mistake while mentioning the same in another place in the letter.I noticed it after receiving positive result letter from ACS. How can i correct this mistake? How is it going to affect the PR process in future ? Please help me to clarify these doubts.

I have got positive skill-select Assessment from ACS for my Spouse for me to claim 5 partner points, She have work experience form 2006 till 2012 post that she
had left Job. She was working in a small town in India and use to get get Salary in cash, also she was not taxable and hence did not file tax.
While Claiming points will DIB asks for salary Slips ?? Tax Documents ??

3 days back I received 189 invitation to apply for the visa. But it seems my spouse's ACS assessment is expired for which I was claiming 5 points. Now my question is what should I do in this situation? because the assessment was valid at the time of EOI submission and when the invitation is received, it is expired. There is not enough information about partner assessment expiry. Please advise. Thanks

I have submitted my application Visa subclass 189 on 22 Sep 2018 also health examination done and provided by accredited clinic and now showing that health clearance provided no action required please i know that Estimated Processing Time9 months to 11 months

I wish to claim partner point. My spouse has an ICT degree with B.E. in Computer Science. However, he only has 1 year and 10 months of relevant experience. Is it possible for us to get a positive assessment from ACS in this regard so that we can claim 5 more points? We are applying under 261313 code.

Hye Mystic, need your advice on visa grant. I lodged application in 19 March with all documents including PCC and Medical. Currently application is in further assessment since 12 July, how much time still it will take for Visa grant approval.
