hi mystic, i am on visa 489 which is smilar to 491 now. i have to work full time for one year in a regional area. Does this one year have to be continuous?

Just received my wife's ACS skill assessment result under Developer Programmer. Her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science has been assessed as Associate degree. It is disappointing as it was a 4 years BSc degree. Will appealing work? please suggest. Thanks!

I have applied for 500 student visa and currently on bridging visa A. No history of visa refusal or cancellation. Am I eligible to apply 190 onshore or section 48 applies to me while I m on bridge A and waiting for student visa,??

My wife 42,is the primary applicant have been advised for 489.
On completion of the desired years of stay or full time job Will we all be entitled for a PR as both of us will be above 45 years. Will this affect our PR application.
on Education I presume we will be given the benifts and not have to pay heavily on school fees till 18 years of our childrens Age. Please advice.

Hello @MysticRiver I am Yash from Australia and my wife lives in Uk... but an indian citizen... I am applying for her spouse visa from here however I am bit confused about form 80. Second, she has irregular work experiences and doesn't have all the certificates from job and payslips too. Does she has to submit such documents with form 80? Thank you!

Is it okay to use a single EOI to apply for 189,190 and 489 visas? Should I create 3 different skill select accounts and lodge 3 separate EOIs? I have already applied through 1 EOI. Should I update it for 1 visa and create new EOIS for other 2? Appreciate if you can answer this question. Thanks
