Hi All,

my job (Marketing Specialist - 225113) is on the skilled occupation list for South Australia.

It says: "190 nomination offered to applicants under specific circumstances only (see 3.5)"
3.5 says: " I am currently working for the last 12 months in my nominated or closely related occupation (minimum 20 hours per week) in South Australia (or the last 6 months in my nominated or closely related occupation (minimum 40 hours per fortnight) in a country region of South Australia)."

QUESTION: Is there any way to get this visa from OFFSHORE? Maybe I misinterpreted something here or there is another loophole?

Looking forward to your recommendations!

Best,
Stephan

Hi, yes what you read is correct most of the occupations available in SA occupation list requires job experience in SA for SC 190 nomination that mean it's only possible for onshore applicants.
