Application status in ImmiAccount and timeline to change status

Hello, I would like to ask about my case. I submitted the visa application . the current status : submitted. after a few days, the status has not changed to be RECEIVED. Do you have any suggestion regarding this problem?

Hi guys .. i received an email to sign a health undertaking .. as my health status was health clearance provided... I have submitted health undertaking form but still health status have not changed ... Can anyone tell what does it mean?? today my immi account last update date changed to 17 Nov 2017, until four months it was same as my visa application lodged in date which was 9, Nov 2017. Please help to interpret it

I knew, Submitted->Recieved
So after status changed to Received, how long will it take to next status? I mean usual or average time line
