ACS needs all the documents to be certified by an entitled authority such as a notary public. I am not sure what do you mean by "Higher Education Center".

Does we need to attest our degrees of Master and Bachelors from Higher Education Center for ACS?
If you are from Pakistan and talking about HEC (Higher Education Commission Pakistan) then it was not required when I applied back in June 2018 but few days back I came to know that the case officer from ACS asked someone to provide HEC Attested degree and transcript so it is better to go for it ( I am still assuming you are talking about HEC Pakistan - if not, then only notary public attestation is enough)

Yes Mohsin, I am asking about HEC Pakistan.. sorry wrote wrong abbreviation..
thanks for sharing information. One more thing after HEC Pakistan attestation , notary Public attestation is still required?
Yes it is required. So get your degree ans transcript done by hec (both original and copy) and attest the copy with notary attestation. Then upload all original and copies on your acs application

I recently received email from ACS that they need HEC attested degree and transcript. I have already done HEC attestation on degree but not on transcript.
Should I do on transcript as well or only degree is suffice?
great, better to play on safe side.. will go for HEC soon

@majidkhan, @jaweria
I got the same email from CO to submit HEC attested degree and transcript. HEC does the attestation on back page. Is it fine I just scan that page or this page also need to be attested by notary as well?

I had recently submitted my details to ACS and within 2 days they asked for HEC attested and notarized degree certificate and transcript
I had HEC attested certificate and transcript so it was quick. I got it notarized and sent back in a day
Please note that for attestion from HEC, take original and at least 2 copies with you. They will attest original from back and copies from front.
Get the copies (Attested by HEC from front) notarized from front as well. Scan and send the same to ACS
if you scan original ( having attestion on back) may create problem as you can cannot prove that this scan from original itself (because there wont be any university details or other information on back side of the certificate or transcript. Thanks

And they had also asked for my resume which I attached in the email that I received from ACS ( as i couldnt find suitable option to upload in the ACS portal). All Documents have been accepted.

Hi All,
I am looking to apply for ACS too.
I got photocopies of my Degree and Transcript already attested, but I never knew I needed to get it notarized as well.
Can someone please tell its process?

Does ACS require Matric and Intermediate certificates and marksheets to be verified and sent to them? on their website it is written not to send any high school certificates.

Any help is appreciated, please.!

Hi,
I am applying for my ACS, I have my work experience letters, degree and transcript. I have the following questions:
1: I read on the ACS guideline document which says DO NOT submit "Certified True Copy of original document" what does it mean ?
2: My degree and Transcript are attested from HEC Pakistan but on the back page, so if I attach the back page along with the front page will it be accepted by ACS ?
3: I was reading on a latest blog that ACS from April 2019 do not require Notary attestation of the documents, is it true?
4: I have the salary slips from all my employers, but not of the first and last month of employment. They are random, will that work ?. And for my previous jobs I had to close my bank account, so I cannot produce the bank statement for that particular job. What should I do ?

you need to provide at least two proofs of payment out of four mentioned on the acs booklet, if you are from Pakistan then you can submit income tax certificate as a proof also

I am now arranging for 2 forms of payment evidence, thanks for your message.
In April 11th the points have increased to 95 for ICT business analyst, therefore I need get my wife for skill assessment as well to claim spouse 10 points. For English she will give PTE and for skill assessment, she is a qualified ACCA (Not member yet) and Bachelors in commerce (2 years degree) with 2 years of work experience. Does she qualify for 5 points in skill assessment ?. How many years of experience do we need to show for her ? and is here current qualification enough. Please advise.
