Multiple Immiaccounts

Hello Experts,

I received first invite in September and created an immiaccount. But i later decided not to submit this invitation inorder to clarify some information in my EOI. Now i have received another invite in October and ready to lodge my application. Please advise if i should create a new immiaccount for this EOI or i should recover the password and use the old immiaccount for the first invitation. What are the risk in both scenarios.

1- Go to skill select.
2- login to your EOI.
3- you will see “Apply Visa”
4- It will automatically direct you to immiaccount page, if you already have an account then you can just login (recover your password if forgotten) and can start your visa application.
5- Again you have to select new application, in order to make health declension and create HAP ID.

But for some weird reasons only one of the three secret answers was correct. Even though i wrote down all three answers in my note immediately after answering. My old account has been locked for 60 minutes due multiple retry failures. I don't want to risk further failed attempt. Can i proceed with a new immiaccount ? is it a red with DIBP ?

It's okay, there is no restriction in opening multiple ImmiAccount.

Hi all,

Could you please help me on the below issue?

I am trying to submit visitor visa for my Mother-in-law, but after so long i am trying to access my Immi account which i have created almost 3 years back. Even after entering the valid email address, I am not receiving any email to my inbox or spam folders to reset my password. So can I open another new Immi account with my name, will it be creating any problem when I submit visa my mother-in-law.
