Hi mate, in regards to your first query, there has been around 65- 189 visas granted between March to August 2020. This includes primary applicants only.Hi all,
Mine is 18 months(11/04/2019) over now but still not received any update on my application. My app status says “Received” only. I’m really worried, no CO contact so far. Anyone got the grant for Network professional job code 263111 ?
@MysticRiver I’ve one query. Actually I lodged my application inside Australia, so I got the Bridging Visa. However, Meanwhile I’ve travelled back to my native country (updated my address of native country in immiaccount)and stayed there for 3 months, then later came to Australia with 482(sponsored) visa and continue living in Australia till date.
So, in this case, whether I’m considered as onshore applicant or offshore?
Also, I have not heard any info from any of my employers whether they have been contacted by homeoffice to provide the info. So is there anyway we can check whether they have completed the employment verifications or not?
Thank you,
Regards
Charlie

I am thinking of skill assessing in ICT security specialist. Since it took quite a long time for you to get your visa granted I'm in dilemma. Is it because of the points that it might have taken so long?Got 189 Direct grant on 12 Jan 2020
Occupation - ICT Security Specialist (262112)
Points - 70
Invitation Date - 11 Jan 2019
Visa Applied - 27 Feb 2019
Points has nothing to do with the Visa grant, Points can only vary your invitation time line thats it. Once you have applied for the the visa points does not play any role in your time line.I am thinking of skill assessing in ICT security specialist. Do not worry... If CO wants an updated Medical he will request you for that. Dont stress yourself on this. But what is the reason for the delay its almost 24 months now!Hi
I have a question. My medical has been expired today. I have lodged my file since nov 2018. I have done 2 times medicals. Can anyone suggest me that can i go for third time now or i should wAit for co to ask me. My consultant says HAPid cannot create because immi cannot allow nowadays to go for medical more than one time. Is it so? I am so so worried please help guys. Suggest me correct information please.
Thanks heaps
I did 2 medicals too; and my application took almost 3 years. I suggest you wait for CO to ask for medicals.Hi

I have added my husband as second applicant in my file like in feb 2019 but after they asked for the documents then we have uploaded all the documents till june 2019. After that , CO didnt contact us till june 2020. My husband’s Pcc was expired in 8 may 2020 and because of lockdown in india we have submit it on mid of june. But Co asked it again on 11 june. Now everything is up to date but no contact. I have a question why everytime immi asked for those documents which we have uploaded way back like my husband’s pte and his medical. Both documents are valid and updated before co asked then why they again say that its pending? My husband is in india and i am on shore in Australia. May be this is the reason of dalay. God knows.... but so stressful.Do not worry... If CO wants an updated Medical he will request you for that. Dont stress yourself on this. What was reason for your file to take too long almost 3 years and which subclass it was? After 2 time medicals, did immi asked for the medicals again?I

Your case dampens my hope as well. Applied Dec 19 , no CO contact no update . Only “ Received” showing after 10 months . No information whether they have even begun looking at my application ! I even checked with some of the companies if they got any verification mail or call . None so far . I guess I ll also have to remain in 457 / 482 for long time .Hi all,

Its completely up to you. Here you cannot find any feedback for a particular agent as we don't allow third parties here. But you can do your market research. I just want to say that there is nothing which a candidate cannot do by himself as every information is available online but if you don't feel comfortable or confident, you can go with any agent as long as he is MARA registeredHello everyone,
I'm peter currently holding 485 visa, i was planning to apply a skilled migration visa, while when i saw the requirement there a lot of things work to do.
I'm thinking whether apply for the visa by my self or using a migration agent,
I've done my research then i found <No third party links allowed> on internet
Is that legit company? does anyone here ever hear this agent?
If yes, please share your thought guys
Thankyou
