Subclass 462 - the system is telling that I am not eligible to apply

Hello everyone, im from Ecuador and im applying for work and holliday visa to Australia, I already have my immi account and im doing the online application, but in step 4 of the process of Critical Information, Im getting this error message:

"Based on the passport details, Diego Fernando Nunez is not eligible to apply using this online service. Ensure the passport details have been entered exactly as they display in the passport. The application will not be able to continue. Further information about eligibility is available on our website." my full name is Diego Fernando Nuñez Balarezo and i already check any times my passport details a lot of times and are the same that i put in the application.

Please could someone tell me what im doing wrong?

That has nothing to do with any incorrect spelling of your name, rather your country is not in the list of eligible countries for 462

You must be a citizen of and hold a valid passport from one of these countries:

• Luxembourg
• Malaysia
• Peru

I would say that you haven't provided near enough information for anyone here to determine what you did wrong, if anything. Have you checked all the rules on this page to see if you meet the eligibility criteria?

Any news? I am from Spain (an elegible country) and I get the same message that does not allow me to continue with the application.. I do not know what to do..
