Australia Visa application is finalised but i didn't get any emails, whether my visa is granted or not?

Hello, I applied for Australian student visa. i checked my immi account. in that shows my application is finalised.. so yet i didn't get any email whether my visa is granted or not.. i wanted to know why? is this happening for visa refusal or for visa granting? please help me.
