Are you talking about visa application? in that case, this means you need to wait without worrying.

I got my visa medical done last week along with my wife and a son, I am wondering my sons’s status is like that (Examinations ready for assessment – no action required
The required health examinations have been completed and submitted by the panel clinic to the department. This person's case will be processed or referred to the department's migration medical services provider, Bupa Medical Visa Services, for further assessment) whereas my status and my wife’s status is bit different (health clearance provided - no action required ) What does that mean? A bit worried about my son’s status
Same i have done medical on aug 8 and now its shows same can u say ur son's medical is cleared

Above is the update for my dad's visitor visa application. It seems that after the health assessment he was told that there was creatinine detected in his urine sample. The Dr at the hospital said that it is under the acceptable limit so should be fine however, we still need to send it to the panel of Drs. Did anyone go through this type of assessment? Thanks

Hi all what I got was

Examinations assessed but further information required
A Medical Officer has determined that additional health information is required to determine whether this person meets the health requirement for the visa subclass specified. Further information will be provided by the department or the department's migration medical service provider, Bupa Medical Visa Services. Do not contact the department about health examinations in the meantime.

I had TB last 2008 so I am suspecting they saw the scarring.
Has anybody experienced the same? Do they still require a sputum test for this one? Tbh, it scares me a little as my flight is on December 4 already.

Hopefully you will get clearance, if you dont have active TB case now. One of my friend got sputum testing for 4-5 times before final clearance, but at the end , got visa, so dont be panic,
