If you meant 2613, I would say pretty soon.

It depends upon the number of ITAs which DIBP decides to issue in the upcoming rounds. If they opt for higher numbers, the chances for getting the invite soon are better. But on the other hand, if the decision is to maintain the current rate, then it's less probable.

We can hope for the best.
Hi @Dileep ,
Thanks for the reply.
I have seen in 2613, out of 6000 only 3000 is invited. To fill rest 3000 before July 2018, now they must have to increase the numbers right?.
Thanks @Dileep for the explanationIt is not mandatory for DIBP to fill the ceiling, though in the past years all pro-rata occupations have reached their respective ceilings. It all depends on the dept to take the necessary decision.
Furthermore, from the cumulative results it can be noted that around 9200 ITAs are to be issued only for the pro-rata occupations if they are to reach 100% of the ceiling and there are only 8-9 rounds remaining. At the current pace, it's extremely unlikely that DIBP will reach those values unless otherwise they step-up the numbers. Along with this, the non pro-rata occupations cannot be totally neglected since they have equal rights to get the ITAs. Hence, we'll have to wait and watch the action plan of DIBP, which cannot be predicted by anyone unless they release some news.
As I said earlier, hope for the best.
Whichever language they offer accreditation for. There's around 30, check if yours is on their list. Please have in mind that you need to be in Australia to take the test. And there's also Intercultural and ethical tests you need to take along with language to fullfill the accreditation requirements.Hello @MysticRiver ,
Who are eligible for community language accreditations? what is the criteria ?
Thanks,
Nope, since the Occupation is a non pro-rata one, the cut-offs are not disclosed for 189. The only info available for this group is the overall cut-off, which is 70 points and the DOE is in November.Hello @MysticRiver ,
Is there a way to find out cutoff points for Telecom network engineer (263312)? I see, skillselect only shows few occupation cutoffs in inviation round.. or am i missing a point.

Hello @MysticRiver
I'm currently sitting at 75 points for both External Auditors and Accountant, DOE is 22/03/18. Is there any chance for me when July 2018 comes? Or do you have any estimation?
The breakdown of my points is as below:
Study 20 (15+5)
PTE 20
PY5
Naati 5
Age 25
It's sad that I don't have max age point until 19 Jan 2019 which is less than 1 year time. Still long wait will only bring more uncertainties.
Any suggestion? I had negative work experience from cpa anw.
Thanks,
Chau
From the trend below, you can see your occupation is going at 75 for last 5 rounds (in 189). The last EOI picked with 70 points was almost 3 months' back, and with DOE of Sep/2017. So, I would say you have to wait a long time for 189.What is the timeline I can expect to get the ITA, please? Or can I expect to get an ITA at all with these points

For 190, nobody can tell because states do not reveal any invitation statistics. But with highest English proficiency, you have a chance for NSW.
